Vaaradhi Foundation team visited the National Academy of Construction (NAC), Hitec City, Hyderabad, to explore avenues of collaboration in Construction Skill Development Courses. The visit aimed at identifying opportunities to train and certify youth and workers in key construction trades that support India’s infrastructure and housing sectors.

During the interaction, both organizations discussed designing industry-aligned training modules, ensuring hands-on practical exposure, and providing nationally recognized certifications that enhance employability. The visit marks a step toward strengthening the foundation for large-scale skill empowerment in the construction domain.

Building Skills for the Future

The discussions centered on creating structured learning pathways—from entry-level skills to advanced technical programs—covering trades such as masonry, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and site supervision. NAC shared insights into its well-equipped training infrastructure, experienced faculty, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Vaaradhi Foundation expressed its intent to partner in conducting awareness programs, mobilizing candidates, and facilitating placement support to ensure sustainable livelihood outcomes for trained youth.

A Shared Commitment to Empowerment

Both institutions share a vision of empowering communities through education, training, and employment. By joining hands with NAC, Vaaradhi Foundation aims to bridge the skill gap in the construction industry and promote dignified livelihood opportunities for the workforce.

This collaboration reflects a common goal—to uplift individuals and contribute to the nation’s mission of Skilled India.

Strengthening Foundations, Building Futures

Together, we build not just structures—but lives, skills, and sustainable futures
