Vaaradhi Trust is pleased to announce the exchange of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Academy of Construction (NAC) to implement placement-linked Skill Development Programmes for unemployed youth of Nalgonda District, aimed at creating sustainable employment opportunities within Nalgonda and across Telangana.
The MoU exchange took place during the inauguration of the NAC Nalgonda Centre on 27 January 2026, held in the esteemed presence of: 
🔹 Sri Komatireddy Venkatreddy Garu, Hon’ble Minister for Roads & Buildings & Cinematography, Government of Telangana, and Vice Chairman, NAC
🔹 Sri Chandrashekar Badugu, IAS, District Collector, Nalgonda
🔹 Sri M. Srinivasa Reddy, Director General, National Academy of Construction
🔹 Sri Sharat Chandra Pawar, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda
🔹 Smt. I Shanti Sree, Director (Admin), Sri. M Raji Reddy, Director (CTTI) and senior officials of NAC and other distinguished dignitaries
This collaboration is a significant step towards supporting unemployed youth of Nalgonda with industry-relevant skills, enabling them to secure dignified employment, pursue self-employment, and contribute to the local economy. The program focuses on:
✔ Placement-linked construction skill training in Civil Supervisor, Land Surveyor, and Electrician
✔ Self-employment–oriented tailoring courses
✔ Joint certification and structured placement support
✔ Strengthening local employability and workforce readiness
