The project provides placement-linked skill development training to unemployed youth and engineering graduates in partnership with the National Academy of Construction (NAC), Hyderabad. NAC delivers the training, certification, and placement support, while Vaaradhi Trust facilitates candidate identification and sponsorship.
The project aims to enhance employability of unemployed youth and engineering graduates through certified skill training. It seeks to ensure placement for at least 75% of successful candidates through outcome-linked training programmes. The initiative focuses on developing job-ready technical skills aligned with construction sector requirements. Overall, it supports sustainable livelihood generation through assured employment outcomes.
