However, a significant skill gap continues to challenge the sector, especially in front office operations, housekeeping, food & beverage services, and kitchen departments.
Many hotels today face difficulties in sourcing trained, service-oriented professionals who combine technical expertise with customer-centric values. This gap highlights the urgent need for industry-aligned, hands-on, and employment-linked training programs.
At Vaaradhi Trust, we are committed to addressing this challenge through collaborations with leading hospitality institutions, industry experts, and training partners.

IHM Shri Shakti, Westin College of Hotel Management, and other reputed hospitality institutes in Hyderabad
Vaaradhi Trust is also working in collaboration with the National Academy of Construction (NAC), Hyderabad, to jointly design and deliver short-term hospitality courses that prepare youth for immediate employment in the industry.
Through these partnerships, Vaaradhi Trust aims to foster skill, confidence, and dignity of work — equipping India’s youth to build rewarding careers in one of the nation’s fastest-growing sectors.
