Project Description

This project aims to conduct Hospitality Management courses in collaboration with the National Academy of Construction (NAC), IHM Shri Shakti, and ServED. The program focuses on providing structured training combining theory and practical exposure. It is designed to equip unemployed youth with job-ready hospitality skills aligned to industry needs. The training also includes guidance on employment and career opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Expected Project Outcomes

This project is expected to enhance employability and practical skills of unemployed youth in the hospitality sector. Participants will gain improved confidence, service skills, and industry awareness. Aimed at supporting the access to employment and self-employment opportunities, it will strengthen collaboration between civil society organizations and training institutions in skill development initiatives.
