Skill Development and Employment Generation

Partnering with training institutions and industries to provide youth with employable skills, certifications, and access to decent work opportunities.

 

  1. Promote and deliver vocational training programs for unemployed youth, enhancing employability across sectors such as hospitality, construction, pharmaceuticals, and technology. 
  2. Establish, manage, and support skill development centers and training institutes that provide practical technical training along with essential soft skills. 
  3. Collaborate with government skill initiatives and industry partners including the National Academy of Construction (NAC), PMKVY, and DDU-GKY to deliver certified training and support job placements. 
  4. Organize career guidance, personality development, and entrepreneurship workshops for unemployed and underemployed rural youth. 
  5. Advance digital literacy and IT skill programs to bridge the urban–rural digital divide and enable access to remote employment opportunities. 
  6. Extend inclusive skill-based education and employment support to women, school dropouts, and persons with disabilities in rural areas. 
  7. Monitor and evaluate training outcomes related to employment generation, income enhancement, and community upliftment, and publish impact reports. 
  8. Partner with NGOs, local self-government bodies, and educational institutions to identify beneficiaries and ensure long-term sustainability. 
  9. Contribute to the national mission of skill development and livelihood generation through scalable and sustainable rural youth empowerment models.
