As part of Vaaradhi Trust’s ongoing health initiatives under our flagship project “Generics for All”, we were pleased to host the esteemed team from Karavadi & Associates, a reputed law firm known for its expertise in public litigation and corporate consultancy services with strong presence in the High Courts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Yesterday, we engaged in a constructive discussion with their team at our head office to explore the legal possibilities of impleading in the landmark public interest litigation case in the Honourable Supreme Court of India. This forms a crucial part of our advocacy efforts to ensure that high quality branded-generic / pure-generic medicines remain accessible and affordable for every citizen of India.
