Launch of Construction Skill Development Program for Civil Supervisor and Electrician Trades for Unemployed Youth, jointly organized by Vaaradhi Trust and the National Academy of Construction (NAC), Hyderabad.

We are excited to share the successful launch of the Construction Skill Development Program for Unemployed Youth, jointly organized by Vaaradhi Trust and the National Academy of Construction (NAC), Hyderabad.

The inauguration ceremony, held on November 4, 2025, marked the beginning of a transformative journey for 50 aspirational youth from rural districts of Telangana, ranging from Civil Engineers to 10th pass students, who have come together to shape meaningful careers in the construction sector.

This placement-linked residential training program, offering both certification and employment opportunities, is designed to empower participants with hands-on skills, industry exposure, and job readiness.

Program Highlights:
– Training in Civil Supervision and Electrician trades
– Free food and accommodation for all trainees
– 20% theory + 80% practical learning approach for maximum employability

The inaugural event was graced by Smt. I. Shanti Sree, Director (P, PR & BD) and Sri. M. Rajireddy, Director (CTTI) from the National Academy of Construction, along with Sri. Kalyan Nagururu, Trustee, Vaaradhi Trust.

This initiative is actively supported and promoted by Shri. Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Roads & Buildings and Vice Chairman, NAC.
